FAQ's

I have a parent company outside Canada, can I still apply?

Yes, Xace accept multi-tier structures, across multiple jurisdictions.

Does Xace have a brochure or pdf?

We do, please contact us at info@xace.ca to request a copy, where one of our Account Managers will be happy to discuss with you.

Can I paying my gaming taxes or revenue share with Xace?

Yes, tax payments can be made from a Xace account, including Business tax, gaming taxes and revenue shares.

Which currencies can I get with Xace Canada?

At Xace we provide 12 currencies, all with gambling friendly payments available. These are CAD, USD but also EUR, GBP, CHF, CZK, DKK, HUF, NOK, PLN, RON, SEK.

What is the onboarding process like with Xace?

We make onboarding simple. Firstly please fill in the application on the site, this takes 2 minutes and no documents are required up front. Xace will then assess your application and ask you only for what we need, depending on your gaming business. We have bespoke onboarding for each customer.

How long does it take to onboard with Xace?

Currently if you have all the required documents for onboarding, Xace can have your account open within 1 week.

Does Xace accept the Ontario Gaming License?

Yes, Xace accepts the Ontario Gaming License. Our onboarding team understand fully the Ontario license and can onboard licensed operators within 1 week. Please see our dedicated Ontario Gaming License information.

Do Xace accept payments to and from Paypal?

Yes Xace many of our customers make payments to and from paypal.

Is Xace a bank?

No, nor did we set out to be a traditional high street bank! Xace is an MSB registered with FINTRAC no. M22015684.

Can I have multiple accounts / multiple currencies with Xace under the same log in?

Yes, Xace offer a multi-account function. This is particularly useful for businesses with multiple divisions, or for individuals looking to manage their finances. Currently you can open multiple payment accounts in 10 currencies.

What payment methods or banking rails does Xace offer?

Currently Xace Canada offer SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS, UKFP and Fedwire.

How long does it take to open an account with Xace?

Almost all applications are reviewed within 1 business day for initial acceptability to Xace. After this, a full document request is provided, and the review phase can take around 1 week. Even in cases where the application is complex, your Onboarding Manager will keep you fully informed of the progress.

How do I open an account with Xace?

The first step is to apply using any of the links on the site. We will ask some initial questions but no documents are required to begin. After we assess your application, we will tailor our onboarding to your company and then ask for specific documents only.
